Other Rules
Please note there is NO SMOKING or VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE or on the porch. If you are caught smoking there is a $250 charge and the reservation will be canceled.
If anyone enters the property other than the guests on the reservation there is a $500 charge and the reservation will be canceled. If your plans include having guests outside of those on the reservation please mention it in the request and it will be reviewed, written approval will be provided if approved so your reservation remains with no additional charge.
During this time it is especially important to know who is in my home for all our safety. This also lets you as a guest know that we are taking Covid 19 seriously and concerned about your health and well-being.
