Other Rules
Please note there is NO SMOKING or VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, or on the porch. If you are caught smoking, there is a $250 charge, and the reservation will be canceled.
If anyone enters the property other than the guests on the reservation, there is a $500 charge, and the reservation will be canceled. If your plans include having guests outside of those on the reservation, please mention it in the request. It will be reviewed, and if approved, written approval will be provided, so your reservation will remain with no additional charge.
During this time, it is especially important to know who is in my home for our safety. This also lets you, as a guest, know that we are taking COVID-19 seriously and are concerned about your health and well-being.
